Basic Essentials 4 Quart Stainless Steel Multi Cooker with Glass Lid Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)I am very happy with this pot. It is a thin stainless steel; as would be expected from the price. I have used the steamer insert several times and am very pleased with it. There is a tight seal so the veggies steam up nicely. I haven't used the double-boiler part yet, but it looks like it will work great for melting chocolate. So, if you are looking for an inexpensive steamer; this is a good pot to go with. But, if you are looking for a restaurant quality steamer, then this isn't that.
UPDATE Oct 2010: I have since used the double-boiler part for melting chocolate, and it worked great. I am still very plesed with this multi-pot.
