(More customer reviews)I am absolutely thrilled with this egg poacher. Was able to get perfectly poached eggs on the second try.
One thing that the directions do not tell you though is that you should put a cover over the pan in order to get the top of the whites to cook. Also, it is not big enough for large eggs. Medium is a correct size (I haven't seen small to try those).
In any case, I made eggs benedict this morning and the eggs were perfectly poached. Yay!
