This triple cooker buffet was purchased for me on Amazon for a Christmas present was instantly wrapped when it arrived. It was supposed to be a NEW item but what we received was a REFURBISHED unit that was scratched & warped on one side which looks like it was melted and most likely why it was sent back. Unit is also missing 4 of the 8 feet so it wouldn't even sit remotely level. I didn't even try to use it for that reason. Unit itself is cheap plastic with thin aluminum holes for the pots to go in. Without the pots it weighs about 2 lbs. Each pot has a spoon slot that would be nice if it were just a server but is useless as a crock pot as all heat will escape from the holes. There is no way to close it for cooking meaning your food will take twice as long to cook. Save yourself a time consuming money wasting headache and pay the less than $20 more and get the REAL Crock Pot triple cooker which is what I plan to do once I get this unit sent back.
