Suitable for any cooktop, including induction, the pots feature TransTherm bases that retain and evenly distribute heat, while their black, phenolic, ergonomically designed handles stay cool to the touch for comfortable transport. Best of all, the pressure-cooker lid provides safety features that help prevent excessive pressure build-up. For example, in the event of excessive pressure build-up, an alarm will sound to indicate that the heat needs to be lowered. With the lid handle removed, the pots and lid can go in the dishwasher for quick cleanup. A recipe booklet and complete operating instructions come included.
