(More customer reviews)I had aluminum pressure cooker for several years and found a serious problem with cover locks. They are failed. Plus aluminum is not safe for food as it can be easy damaged. This pressure cooker design is very simple and solid. I recommend this product to everybody. I put 4 stars just because the steel is not the highest quality.
