(More customer reviews)This is a great Kettle. Very sturdy with thick side walls and bottom. Nice and heavy. However, there is one thing I had an issue with. Not a deal breaker, but kind of misleading. The thermometer in the picture has makings that show different temps for different applications. Such as Mash, sparge, and protein rest. This is displayed in the second image that expands when you click on it. The actual thermometer has no such markings. Like I said, not a deal breaker, but I just don't like being mislead no matter how insignificant the details. Otherwise this is a great kettle. It arrived packaged in a box, inside another box. The weldless fittings came with extra gaskets and "O" rings. On some other pots that I looked at, the sidewalls of the pot where the handles were mounted would flex if I applied just a little bit of force. On this pot, nothing flexes. It's sturdy.
