No longer does food burn or even stick to the sides of our hotel pans and cleanup is so easy - you could litterly just wipe the pan out with a dishtowel after removing the pan liner. None of mine have ever burned even at temperatures up to 425 deg F. The product description by Amazon.com is incorrect. There are 100 plan liners in a box and they are folded in half - thus the discrepancy in size. You will not be disappointed with these. Not only will your dishwashers be elated but these will pay for themselves over and over again as you will have virtually zero food wastage. Best bet is to go directly to [...] and check out the liner you want and get the exact SKU number and compare with what is listed on Amazon.com.
