(More customer reviews)I purchased the Wolfgang Puck slow cooker WPSC0010 at Amazon and it was delivered promptly... I opened it up and the unit is beautiful... I followed the directions but could not get it to work..The timer would set and the temp would not...Then I tried to just hit the on button and the time changed and on and on..I called the customer service number on the back of the directions and spent 30 minutes with a rep that did her best to help..She simply gave up and said I needed to contact Amazon to return the unit..I got cut off while she was looking up a contact number for amazon..and since I had a fresh pork roast in the unit I went to a local store and purchased a different slow cooker. I will try to get the contact number for Amazon tomorrow since the customer service was closed by the time I purchased a new slow cooker and turned it on with no problem...
