(More customer reviews)This is a great pot designed for commercial use. It is fairly heavy, which is good for heat distribution. BUT... The problem I have with the pot is that when it is full with water, it is too heavy for me to lift to the sink to drain. This is where the inserts would come in very handy, but this particular pot in this size does not come with one (and neither does the 24-qt).
The price for this pot is very steep here. Sams club has this same exact pot for $49.97 and the bigger 24-qt pot for about $5 more (as of 9/3/08). Walmart and Target also sell them, so shop around.
